What this site is
Sydney Demolition Group connects property owners, builders and developers across Greater Sydney with a licensed demolition contractor. You tell us about the job, a site inspection is arranged, and you receive a written price from the contractor who would carry out the work.
We are not the demolition company. The quote and the contract are with the contractor, and so are the licences.
Who does the work
Demolition work arranged through this site is carried out by Civillink Logistics, a licensed NSW demolition contractor.
We provide the licence number and insurance details on your discovery call, or whenever you ask. You can then check the licence on the Verify NSW asbestos and demolition register — it shows the holder, the status and the expiry date. We would rather you checked.
What we will not claim
Asbestos removal. The demolition licence is not an asbestos removal licence. Asbestos is always removed by a separately licensed asbestos removalist before demolition. We refer that work; we do not do it.
Approvals. We can advise on the likely pathway and supply demolition details for an application. Certifiers and councils decide. Nobody should promise you an approval.
Reviews. This is a new site with no trading history. We have not invented a rating or written testimonials.
Over-the-phone prices. A Sydney demolition cannot be priced properly without seeing the site — access, construction, asbestos, trees and neighbours all move the number.
Why a metro-wide service
Because Sydney demolition varies so much by area. Fibro estates in the west, terraces in the east, steep sandstone on the Beaches, heritage precincts on the North Shore and in Parramatta, acreage on the fringe. Knowing what a job in each area usually involves makes for honest quotes and fewer surprises.
How a job runs
Inspection, approval pathway established, itemised written price, asbestos survey and licensed removal where needed, disconnections, site set-up, demolition and sorted disposal, and a block handed back as agreed.
